Durante más de dos años, los equipos han roto el jardín norte de la Casa Blanca a las afueras del ala oeste de lo que la Administración de Servicios Generales llama una «actualización de servicios públicos.»
Pero parece que todo el mundo – incluyendo a las personas que trabajan en la Casa Blanca – que algo más está sucediendo.
Un funcionario del ala oeste , dijo The New York Times el mes pasado que «es relacionada con la seguridad de la construcción», y agregó «Aún no sabemos exactamente qué.»
Hay dos bunkers otros sobre la base de la Casa Blanca – la Sala de Situación endurecido, y el refugio nuclear en el ala este. ¿Es este un tercero? ¿Es esto algún otro proyecto subterráneo secreto?

For over two years, crews have torn up the North Lawn of the White House just outside the West Wing for what the General Services Administration calls a «utility upgrade.»
But it seems everyone — including people who work at the White House — think something else is going on.
One West Wing official told The New York Times last month that «It is security-related construction,» adding «Even we don’t know exactly what.»
There are two other bunkers on the White House grounds — the hardened Situation Room, and the nuclear shelter under the East Wing. Is this a third? Is this some other secret underground project?
